Taste of Lofoten - An authentic and tasty experience of Lofoten. The stories about the archipelago are many. Here our guests get the real, unvarnished and authentic stories from Lofoten.
When history is "spiced" with local flavors, the impressions are further enhanced. Among the flavors are stockfish and salmon from the Vestfjorden, roe/caviar from Lofotenskreien and locally produced cheese from Vestvågøy.
The culinary journey starts on the quayside at the Svolvær port where you meet local hosts. The flavors are many, but are not considered a full meal.
