Lofoten is located directly under the northern lights oval, which provides the best conditions for seeing the northern lights. As soon as it gets dark, the northern lights can be visible, provided it is not cloudy. In cloudy weather, we will do our best to find an area with clear skies. The main season for the northern lights is in the period September - April.
The trip is suitable for anyone who wants to see and experience the Northern Lights. Along the way, you will get to know the places we pass and what it is like to live and stay in Lofoten.
Taking pictures of the Northern Lights can be challenging, but our guide can give you all the tips. The guide will take his own pictures that you will receive after the trip, but can also show you how to take your own Northern Lights pictures.
