From September to March, XXLofoten invites you on a northern lights experience that combines Arctic magic with powerful encounters with history.
The tour starts in Svolvær and takes you into one of Norway's most spectacular winter landscapes.
One of the highlights of the trip is an atmospheric stop in the longhouse at the Lofotr Viking Museum – a powerful introduction to Viking-era Lofoten.
We continue along the coast as your guide shares engaging stories about life in Lofoten. Under the Arctic night sky, you will also gain insight into the Sami understanding of the Northern Lights .
The evening ends in an authentic rorbu – a place that in itself carries the story of coastal life in Lofoten.
